How to reach RiverScript for help, billing questions, or data requests.

The fastest way to reach us is through the app itself — use the Leave Feedback or Support buttons in the main user menu. These go directly to our team and are the preferred way to get in touch.

What We Can Help With

General questions — how to use RiverScript, feature questions, troubleshooting.

Billing and subscriptions — questions about your plan, charges, or cancellation. Payments are processed by Polar; for receipts or invoice copies, check your Polar account or include your email in your message.

Refunds — refund requests are handled case by case. See the Terms of Service for our refund policy.

Data and privacy requests — to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data under GDPR, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Request." We respond within 30 days as required by law. Note that you can also delete your data, or your account and export your transcripts directly from Settings without contacting us.
