Web application

The RiverScript web application is available at the Dashboard page and provides all the same features as the desktop client, with the exception of Live Recording Transcription. This capability cannot function through a browser for technical reasons and requires the desktop client to be installed on the user’s device.

In addition, the web application supports smaller files than the desktop client — up to 1 GB in the web version compared to 50 GB in the desktop client — due to technical limitations inherent to browsers.

At the same time, both the web application and the desktop client use identical technologies for speech transcription and AI functions. The web application can also be used on mobile devices.
