AI Features (Summarize & Ask)

RiverScript offers additional AI capabilities, including summarization and conversational chat about the content of a transcript. These tools are particularly useful for quickly understanding the essence of long recordings.

To generate a summary or access the AI chat, open the AI (Summarize & Ask) tab, select the target language for both the summary and dialogue, and click the Generate button. RiverScript’s AI will process the request and provide a well-structured summary highlighting the main ideas with clickable Key Moments. It also enables users to ask the AI any questions regarding the transcript’s content.

You can generate multiple summaries and interact with the AI in several languages. To switch languages after an initial generation, click the Return button in the upper right corner of the dialogue, select a new language, and generate again. The new generation will appear below the previous one, and the AI will begin responding in the newly selected language. Previous dialogues are preserved in the history.

The chat function performs best with transcripts up to 2 hours in length. Each request — whether for summary generation or AI chat — consumes AI credits. The monthly credit limit depends on the user’s subscription tier.

The AI (Summarize & Ask) features are available in 100 languages.
