Subscription plans

RiverScript offers two paid subscription plans — Pro Plan and Premium Plan — as well as a free option: Free Start.

Free Start.

Free Start includes 1 media hour per month (meaning you can transcribe audio or video with a total duration of 1 hour per month) and 25 AI Credits (used for translations, summaries, and AI Chat). You can increase your limits by purchasing paid plans or by participating in the referral program. All RiverScript features are available on Free Start except speaker diarization. Free Start only supports the Standard Sync Model (OpenAI Whisper v3 + Deepgram Nova-2). Transcriptions on Free Start are processed after paid users — during high load, wait times may be longer than on paid plans. On Free Start, separate purchases of media hours and AI credits are not available.

Pro Plan.

Pro Plan includes 20 media hours per month (meaning you can transcribe audio or video with a total duration of 20 hours per month) and 500 AI Credits (used for translations, summaries, and AI Chat). Pro Plan uses the Standard Sync Model (OpenAI Whisper v3 + Deepgram Nova-2). All RiverScript features are available on Pro Plan except speaker diarization, which is not supported by the Standard Sync Model. Once the monthly limit is reached, Pro Plan allows the purchase of additional media hours and AI credit bundles ($7.5, $15, $25). These additional bundles cannot be purchased before the plan limit is exhausted. After the limit is reached, the user will be prompted to purchase top-up packages. Pro Plan transcriptions are processed before free users. Pro Plan is designed for most standard use cases and is well suited for students and content creators. However, if enterprise-grade accuracy and the highest transcription quality are required, the Premium Plan is recommended.

Premium Plan.

Premium Plan includes 20 media hours per month (meaning you can transcribe audio or video with a total duration of 20 hours per month) and 1000 AI Credits (used for translations, summaries, and AI Chat). For transcription, Premium Plan uses the Premium Sync Model (ElevenLabs Scribe v2 + Deepgram Nova-3), which provides the highest level of speech recognition accuracy. The Premium Sync Model enables transcription with minimal hallucinations and very low false matches, including in noisy audio or audio with background music. All RiverScript features are available on Premium Plan, including speaker diarization. Once the monthly limit is reached, Premium Plan allows the purchase of additional media hours and AI credit bundles ($7.5, $15, $25). These additional bundles cannot be purchased before the plan limit is exhausted. After the limit is reached, the user will be prompted to purchase top-up packages. Premium Plan transcriptions are always processed first. Premium Plan is recommended for users who require the highest transcription accuracy available.

Please note that AI-powered transcription is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate and may occasionally contain errors. We recommend reviewing all transcripts that require a high level of accuracy, regardless of the model used.
